These Terms and Conditions (the “Contract”) constitute a public offer by FoxSims, a service operated by FoxSoft (the “Provider”), to any individual or legal entity (the “Client”) who accesses or uses the Service.
By registering, funding an account, or using any FoxSims services, the Client fully and unconditionally accepts this Contract.
FoxSims provides intermediary technical services that allow Clients to receive SMS messages on numbers owned and controlled by the Provider and/or third-party mobile operators.
The Provider acts strictly as an intermediary between the Client and telecom carriers.
The Provider may approve or reject any registration without explanation.
User identification may be required to prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Service.
All services are prepaid 100%.
Costs depend on Tariffs published on the Site.
Funds are deducted automatically after service usage.
The Provider reserves the absolute, unconditional, and irrevocable right to deactivate, suspend, replace, recycle, or permanently cancel any Active Number at any time, with or without prior notice, for technical, operational, security, compliance, carrier, or business reasons.
All numbers are temporary technical resources. The Client acquires no ownership, reservation, or permanent rights over any number.
The Client’s only and exclusive remedy is a refund of the unused balance related to the affected Service, calculated at the Provider’s discretion.
The Provider may modify, add, remove, or update any part of this Contract, Tariffs, or policies at any time without prior notice.
Changes become effective immediately once published on the Site.
Continued use of the Service equals full acceptance.
The Provider may suspend or block any account for violations of this Contract.
The Service depends on telecom carriers and external infrastructure. The Provider is not responsible for number recycling, bans, filtering, delays, restrictions, or interruptions imposed by carriers or third parties.
Refunds apply only to unused balance in the Electronic Virtual Account.
If a number is cancelled, recycled, or suspended by the Provider, the Client is entitled only to a refund of the unused balance.
No compensation, damages, claims, or disputes are accepted beyond this.
The Provider may process Client data (email, IP address, identification data when required) to operate the service, prevent fraud, and comply with regulations.

Response time: 30 calendar days.
If any clause becomes invalid, the rest remain valid.
Payment or usage of the Service equals full acceptance of these Terms.
